The only thing worth using
I have used quite a few pepper mills in professional kitchens over the years. This is the one. 7 inches if there is little space on the line. 9 inches if you want to look like a pro. The U-Select version is good for beginners, but the thin wood on the bottom breaks when dropped on the ground. The classic is here to stay. Possibly u-select for domestic use
