After using this chair for about a year and a half, I started getting pains in my hips and lower back. My wife suggested I look at my office chair. Of course, the chair turned out to be tipped to one side. The lower supports are simply bent to the side. The difference is almost an inch from side to side. There are two screws under the chair in the settings, and now one of them doesn't even reach the bottom of the seat. I'm only 180, it was just metal fatigue or just a poorly formed piece that couldn't be reached. Because the chair had a support brace that ran under the chair, under the armrests and around the backrest, and also appeared to be folded, it was impossible to simply fold it back. I will not buy from this manufacturer again.
