My 10kg Rat Terrier has developed a fear of thunderstorms (bad if you live in the south!). I got this to help him and it came just at the end of a big thunderstorm so he was still shaking. I put it on him and he immediately relaxes, but it completely covers his genitals! There was no way he could put it on without urinating on it. I was so disappointed! He also has a long body so I'm not sure if that will fit every male (I ordered a small one and it fits him perfectly in every other way). Left it for my 24lb cocker spaniel mix girl as it fits her too and she fell asleep right away. wear it. Easy to put on, material is soft.
