Great if you want your device to stutter.

bought this to use an old DC powered Coleman air pump inside and the energy it sent to the pump made it appear like it was jerking . It was like the power was still on the sine wave, but only at the top of the wave. I checked the pump on the DC port on my Toyota Tacoma twice and it worked fine.
