The soft texture of the pie is excellent for my senior cat --- she only eats half a portion at a time, so a savings plus; My only complaint is that the tabs are so difficult to undo (I have arthritis in my hands) and when it eventually rips the contents spill out on me---not cool! Oddly enough, I received a few leaked ones in the mail; I didn't want to feed them to my cat because I was afraid they might get infected --- I don't understand how they leaked, they are so difficult to open! Even stranger, I was asked to return replacement products (seriously? leaking container? by mail? --- not smart) I ultimately decided against returning, knowing full well that I would have to pay for defective products. While the product is good someone should seriously consider improving the design of the container - now I have to use a (neat) box cutter to get to the contents! Kitty is happy - I am not.
