The interior design was spacious enough for me to stretch out comfortably but not too big that it took up too much space in my room. However, I was disappointed to find out that this product did not come with a steamer. It meant that I had to heat up my own rocks and water, which took up additional time and effort. Also, I felt that the material could have been thicker to retain heat better. I found myself constantly having to readjust the tent to prevent heat from escaping. On the bright side, I did feel relaxed and rejuvenated after using it. It's a great alternative for those who don't have access to a traditional sauna or prefer a solo spa experience. Overall, I would recommend this product for the convenience and portability but keep in mind the lack of a steamer and potential heat loss.
