Unfortunately, my experience with MoonyGreen when I recently purchased some pet supplies was very disappointing. First off, using their website was perplexing and challenging. The products I was looking for were difficult to locate, and the inadequate descriptions made it difficult for me to understand what I was buying. In addition, the goods I got were of poor quality and in no way matched the descriptions and images on the website. The dog supplies I purchased were uncomfortable for my dog, and the litter and housebreaking supplies were ineffective. Additionally, I had problems with their unresponsive and unhelpful customer support. When I tried to contact them about the subpar goods and my concerns, their answers were slow, which made the whole situation worse. My pet supplies eventually arrived much later than I had expected due to the shipping delay. I had to spend extra money on substitute goods in the interim. Overall, if a pet owner is searching for trustworthy and high-quality pet supplies, I cannot suggest MoonyGreen. They are a disappointing option for cat owners due to their confusing website, inadequate product descriptions, subpar product quality, unhelpful customer service, and delayed delivery.
