Very pleasantly surprised at the sound quality of these for the price! Music and calls sound great. The microphone works well, it could have been better - a couple of times I had to put an earphone to my mouth and listen through the other ear, for example when it was windy or there was some noise/confusion around me. But for the most part, they worked exactly as intended. They fit snugly around your ears to block out outside noise, making them great for listening to music on the bus. And they pair very quickly with my iPhone 7! The first connection was easy, and every subsequent connection was almost instantaneous as soon as I pressed the power button. I've never been a fan of ear clips on headphones in general, but now that everything has to go via Bluetooth (thanks Apple), losing headphones has become a constant™️ problem in my life and the hooks reduce that risk factor many times over. I still managed to lose that pair, but not as quickly as the pair I had without the hooks. My only real complaint is that the button is a little touchy (it doesn't have to be pressed very hard, it's in the ear after all) and depending on where it's placed it's easy to accidentally press the button and stop the music - no big deal - or end the call, which is a bit annoying. Again, these are all questions of user error. The product itself is just great. Of course, I'll never know how long they would have lasted. My partner bought the same pair from another seller so I use these and they are just as good quality; Permanent product only different color. As soon as I lose them (laughs) I can buy them again - same buds, same seller. Oh! As a bonus, the carrying case they come in is SUPER handy! Good size and durable, can be used for headroom headphones or a variety of other essentials that need to be protected and/or hidden when traveling. I use it as a protective case for my sports action camera as I no longer need it for lost buds. As if two useful products in one!
