***Addendum: Sealing bags lose their tightness after 18 hours and air penetrates. You can also use regular freezer bags to get the same results. I hesitated to make this purchase. I was immediately hooked on the color and am glad I made this purchase. It took a bit of experimenting at first to figure out how to use it, but it works well. I like vacuum bags. Haven't used the wine rack yet but I'm sure it's as good as anything else. I highly recommend this product.
