After trying to understand the instructions which don't really tell you much I can see that the product is well made. Remember that the sides are spring loaded and you only need to lift it from the inside to keep it upright while you remove the lens and insert your graphics. Remember; sprung. If you remove the frame you will spend a lot of time putting it back together. Ask me how I know.
