WiseLife's Dirty Little Secret: Why You Should Shop Elsewhere

I made the decision to try WiseLife's online store after learning about it. My interaction with this business, however, was very disappointing. They had a very poor assortment of kitchen and household goods, and their prices were substantially more than those of comparable shops. To make matters worse, my order took a long time to ship, and when it did, the items were damaged and different from what had been advertised online. When I contacted their customer support for assistance, I was greeted by indifferent and inept representatives who did little to address my problem. WiseLife is insignificant in compared to other online retailers that specialize in kitchen and home goods. Any discerning buyer would be foolish to choose them due to their lack of product selection, excessive costs, and bad customer service. By shopping elsewhere, you can save time, money, and irritation. If you want high-quality goods and dependable service, avoid WiseLife.

Pros
  • For orders above $50, delivery is on the house.
Cons
  • Bad service to the public.
