Review on CompAccelerator by Scott King

The software makes it easy for my team members to track their pay increase history from previous years which helps them plan accordingly when they negotiate salary increases each year. I also like how everything can easily be exported or shared via email at any point during our annual budgeting meetings where we discuss upcoming changes (e.g., promotions). One thing about this program that could use improvement would be its ability to import data directly from an excel spreadsheet instead of needing manual entry every single month. Additionally, having access to historical information regarding employee's salaries will help me make better decisions if there are discrepancies between what was initially negotiated versus current market value. By using this tool, I am able to ensure employees receive fair raises throughout their tenure within the organization without putting undue pressure on myself since these tools automate most calculations.
