Review on SPI Home Octopus Vase Holder by Aquarium Biggs

The merchandise came with a broken vase which I cut my hand on and smeared the whole box and merchandise. I have requested a refund and the Miracles of the Wild seller has asked me to return the product. I informed them in no fewer than 4 emails that the item contained biohazardous blood and yet the seller demanded a return. Because I'm not an uneligible person and I don't return an item covered in my blood for some poor guy at the front desk to touch. The seller made me humiliate myself by reporting my illness to request a refund for a tiny product that did not match the description AND arrived broken. An A to Z claim was issued and Amazon agreed that the seller was out of order. They filed a formal complaint against the seller. I have never had to spend a week fighting and arguing with myself about disclosing personal medical information only to be rejected for a defective product. I may add a whole chain of emails to this in the future because after demanding to return it only to be refused the seller uploaded his mind after I told them they had been made aware of a biohazard, but if they insist i send them product back but as they knew about the blood they would be held liable if someone came in contact with it not me. When they realized they would be held responsible for this they changed their mind and told me to send it back and that they refused to refund even if the item is defective and not as described.
