July 2019 Update: Purchased April 2017 Still stable after more than 2 years of use. However, it filters the water as mentioned below. First rating: My tap water (city water) has 40 ppm. With this reverse osmosis system I get 2-3 ppm. FYI, distilled water should be zero ppm. My city water is about 40 psi; Even at this pressure, the reverse osmosis system works well. The included instructions and photos are for the single model with an app for that model. I strongly recommend APEC to develop installation instructions for this model. One star deducted for poor instructions. Unlike many reviewers, I don't get my hot water from a reverse osmosis system. However, in the northwest, the ambient temperature is lower all year round. Therefore, our tap water is usually cold. During reverse osmosis, the water is at room temperature. Another test of water filtration is your coffee pot. Incidentally, our coffee pot was replaced at the same time as this filter was installed. My coffee maker and coffee pot were perfectly clean with no sign of mineral buildup. Overall, the device, filter and plastic parts appear well made and made of high-quality materials. The supplied hose is long enough for an easy filter change.
