There's too much data coming from Google Maps API that can be used to build up a pretty good picture of your customers' location. If you're looking for a solution in which you can integrate with WordPress, then this might not be the best one. Some features are not as robust as they should be, but it's still better than nothing. The support received by the team was very responsive and helpful. I cannot think of any problems we had with the product itself. We use the Geo Targeting WP plugin to help us target our users geographically. It has helped us increase our revenue. With GPS data, we are able to tell exactly where people are located. This helps us understand our most valuable customers.
