Review on HATCHBOX by Gregory Rasmussen

It has been a letdown working with HATCHBOX as a provider. Despite their claims to be leaders in 3D printing innovation, I have found their goods to be of varying quality. Despite claims that the filaments would be of the highest quality, I have had problems with breaking and variable printing outcomes. Furthermore, their customer support has been very lacking. I've had trouble reaching their reps, and when I do, they don't respond or offer any assistance. I have not been happy with HATCHBOX as a provider overall, and I would advise others to avoid doing business with them.
