Bad connection

I specifically ordered a regular Phantom 4 remote because I knew the Phantom 4 Pro was not compatible. So they sent me a Phantom 4 Pro remote control even though the ad says I bought a regular Phantom 4. This accident could potentially cause me to miss a big performance with Sony on Tuesday.
