Big size and shape but not strong enough
I was glad to get these molds and use them for a Harry Potter themed party. The shape and size were exactly what I had in mind. After several cycles of making candy in it, the molds began to crack and break at the edges. I've been a pastry chef for 3 years and in the past I've used different types of molds that didn't meet industry standards. I think it would be fine for someone to practice on a small scale, but they don't make sense for production.
