Arrived in a protective bag with plastic pads in the middle of the compartment. The corner of the front pocket is pinched, most likely it will stay that way. The skin is smooth and does not feel plastic like Morocco. Light gray in colour. (see photo with white envelope) Single front zip, it would be nice to have a double one. The middle part offers enough space for office supplies. I was hoping it would also work as a bag with plenty of room for a 32oz hydroflask or 4x4 square tank. Lots of space for laptop, charger and folders. There are not enough pads to protect the bottom of the bag and prevent contamination. It's too early to talk about comfort.
