These have become our favorite tool for our workouts.

These are something I never knew we needed, and now can’t go without. They help target our lower body and give us that extra push we’ve needed to step up our strength and toning. In addition to that, we’ve also used them for our arms and shoulders in place of weights, which is much more convenient.P.S. This may sound silly, but the best part for me is how easy they are to take with us on our runs and for outdoor workouts.
