After my older daughter got a similar item for Christmas, my younger daughter wanted one for herself. That fits the bill perfectly. During this time my children are personal and spend most of the day outside, rain or shine, so warm clothing is a must. I love the idea of having a hat, scarf and mittens all in one so I was thrilled when I found these for my 6 year old daughter. She loves her looks (do we think it's a bunny?) but most of all her incredible softness. She says it keeps her warm and is easy to put on and take off without losing her. The fit is a bit off for them as the longer "sleeve" is still longer than the shorter side. after wrapping it like a scarf. Not such a big deal but maybe something to consider for young children. My daughter is quite short so a child with broader shoulders would probably be fine. She doesn't mind landing, but she noticed. I think this is a great piece that substitutes for 3 different types of outfits and does a great job of keeping my little one warm and fashionable. Highly recommended!
