I have a St Bernard who loves the cold and is downright giddy when there's a good old fashioned polar vortex in the air. That doesn't always agree with my skin or overall wellbeing. This helps. It's a bit small (my head is very large), and I wouldn't want to wear it long. Then again, I wouldn't want to be in the type of weather where I'd wear this long.This is very much a utility garment of middling quality. There's a decent chance a similar hat/hood is as good or better.
