My hair used to be very soft, then I discovered hot tools and hair dyes. Although my hair looks great, I really missed the soft texture. It works so well. There are no instructions on the box, but I washed my hair with my regular shampoo, towel dried it, applied about two quarter scoops to my hair, let it sit for 20 minutes, and then washed it off. I went to bed with wet hair, which normally makes my hair look tangled and rough, but I woke up and my hair was as soft and silky as it was before coloring. I am absolutely in love with this product, I have long thin hair but it doesn't make it greasy or weigh it down. I will definitely buy again.
