I did not purchase the women's version as it appears from these reviews that they may not have the same fabric or other issues? Men's style is well made. No loose threads or sloppy stitching. Black and white belt made from thick cotton fabric. Striped webbing on the sides is sewn well too. Roses are appliqués and a bit heavy for the material (few problems after washing as they crease - Ironing (trousers inside out,towel between iron and trousers so as not to burn or melt the polyester) works very well.The crotch falls a little if you are a girl?mmm yes.doesn't look bad at all although I do didn't have a lot of puddles on my ankles but definitely long enough not to bite my ankles (low waist, just above hip but you can lift them higher) worn a few times, wash well n, do not sit down and do not roll. just bought another pair. highly recommended.
