When I bought this product, I thought I was getting a brand new product. What arrived was a refurbished device - it turns out that fact was buried at the end of a long product name that had previously been "new". The device I ordered had an abbreviated product name, which obscured this information. While I'm happy with my device, I'm annoyed by deceptive and misleading product information. But the device itself is a great cell phone that is worth its price and easily beats the competition even with cell phones that are almost twice as expensive. The headphone jack, in particular, is a great feature for those who prefer high-end wired headphones or often travel on planes where Bluetooth devices are banned.
