Good cookware, I have a big problem with the LID. VERY HOT, (Lid Holder) It gets so hot I almost dropped it, which is something I've never experienced with any kitchen utensil I've had to date. I would like to find a solution for this, something to attach to the HOLDER, also there is not enough outlet when draining the water from it so I had to leave the place and there were 2 accidents when food fell into the sink. not enough outlet for liquids to escape. I have mentioned this problem with the LID HOLDER EXTREM HOT and have not received a reply yet. I would like an answer. NO ANSWER, I DIDN'T PURCHASE THIS ITEM / IT REALLY STINK
