It is not safe when used as intended. Every car seat manufacturer claims not to use aftermarket products in their seats. Each seat has been tested to work properly to protect your child with the items ONLY INCLUDED. Using this product with seat belt covers could result in injury or death to your child in an accident. There's no way of knowing if they're okay. Don't risk your child's life. It's a good idea if it's appropriate elsewhere. There may be Velcro on the side of the car seat so important information is close to the child. Or simply use a car seat sticker with all important information or a bracelet with important information e.g. B. Diabetes.
