So I'll start by saying that this is the first and probably only time I'm leaving a 5 star review on a product that essentially broke on first use. However, I would honestly buy a second one or recommend it to friends. We bought this for an upcoming holiday so our little one can sleep when he's away from home and after he's outgrown the travel cot we've been using for the past two years. I installed it before leaving to let it air out and give the baby time to pick it up before sleeping on it. So within a week both parts were inflated and had no problems. The problem was that on the first night part of the mattress deflated overnight. The seam doesn't seem to hold up after prolonged use. Good from bad. On the one hand, the design of the travel cot ensured that we still had a bed shape available in the event of a defective mattress. A few extra blankets were folded like this, and he had a pillow that stayed in place thanks to the inflated walls and sheet. Having a toddler bed sheet that can be used when traveling or at home is a huge plus for this product. In the morning I contacted the company and gave the number of the guarantee phone, which was printed in large print right on the bed. The number and website are printed on the bottom center of the bed protector. The company clearly wants you to call if you have a problem. shows how much they support their product. Our trip was short and on holiday so they couldn't get us a new mattress before we left; but the new mattress was at home when we returned. The whole process was quick and painless. Normally this would mean I give three stars and update. As with us, the baby woke up, we sorted it out and it slept normally for the rest of the trip. Bumpers kept him in bed. A bit clever if the bumper failed if we had a mattress that would fit his toddler sheets we'd be fine with extra comforters used as bumpers. The bumper portion of the travel cot is amazing. On the drive it was a playground. It is large enough for play and can accommodate a small number of toys. We build blocks and play cars in his boat bed. It was also a boat and a fire truck. Now at home he's still puffed up; simply used as a boat and sometimes duplo "pool". 5 stars for design and versatility. 5 stars more if possible for customer support.
