Review on Metal Peddler Scottish Terrier Scottie by Jamie Yurcaba

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Sturdy material, clean production lines, flat display

This is a nice, simple and solid piece that looks good. It looks particularly clean when fastened with flat, flat-headed, serrated black roofing nails (recommended for drywall or plaster only. Removal from wood is difficult). My only suggestion is if you plan on using it for keys (multiple keys on ONE ring plus a remote) then note that the bottom of the hook is offset towards the wall or mounting surface. If you have BIG SETS, they may need more attention to ensure a positive interaction. IMHO a 1" wide section (with 2 holes) can be secured with an additional 1" X 1" X 6" square metal tube (with plastic end caps and openings). This lifts the bottom of the hook clear of the mounting surface, making it secure for any size keychain bundle. It also reduces wear and tear on the bottom wall surface from the keys, giving Scotty a distinctive look. Anyway, this is Scotty's artistic silhouette and is very much like the breed, sturdy, functional and a great addition to any Scotty lover's home.
