Looks like a great concept but falls short of expectations. Lays flat when needed, there are various placement methods, etc. However, the strap length is not long enough for the seat, glove box or whatever, my car. Once you put a bag in (I loved the clips on either side to keep the plastic bag inside) it won't stay open in the jar and if you wrap it around the outside the lid won't close. In hindsight, I also believe that if you stick food or tissues through the top lid, it's likely that food and germs will end up on the lid itself, and it will be difficult to clean.
