I love that there is an app for everything! We are able to use our mobile applications while in meetings or at lunch time. Our team can connect via video chat as well so it gives us more flexibility when we need extra staff. The only thing i dislike about spark work is they have such high prices for their products which makes them hard to budget right now but once our business gets bigger this will change. This software helps me keep everyone connected within my office without having to go into every person's desk. It has made communication easier and faster between all of our teams. I like the ability to create groups and sub groups. I also like the fact that I can see who is working on what and when. I dislike the fact that I have to be in a group to use this software. Also, the price is a bit much for a small business. It is a great tool to create groups and sub groups. It is also great to be able to see who is working on what and when.
