I bought a large one but ordered another medium size. Depending on the material, I have a hard time between the two sizes. I have found that the environment is better for me. The sleeves of the large one were about two inches too long so I had to trim them which is fine as I sometimes have to do that with other long sleeves. My sewing machine was handy again. Wore it on both a very hot day and a cooler day on the golf course. It wicks sweat really well and ended up being just the little coverage I needed on my hands on a cooler, overcast day. In general a good product.
