Good for running, useless for the pool Track running - OK: - information is considered fairly accurate; - running data is displayed in a convenient format; - GPS works fine, accurate to a meter. Treadmill running - 4 out of 5: - underestimates the speed and, accordingly, the distance by 10-12 percent. Swimming pool - practically useless - completely raw product: - the most interesting and long workouts are simply lost and not are transferred to the base; - there is no very necessary data - the number of strokes per pool; - the number of strokes per minute on the graph in a completely indigestible form, in principle, almost all graphs are like that; - tracking turns extremely inaccurate; - in the breakdown of the distance into intervals there are incomprehensible pauses; - as a result, it is impossible to understand the real time spent for the passage of parts of the distance - respectively, the real speed at different stages; - definition of swimming style is often inaccurate; If the pool is the main use, then look for other watches, I'm sure I know there are good ones. Pulse sensor - more or less, in the pool it sometimes overestimates, but this is not critical, since I use another pulse sensor as the main one. When running, it also overestimates, but quite a bit within 5, most often no more than 2-3. The strap is comfortable. Mobile app (MovesCount iOS) is crooked, loses more workouts, than SuuntoLink, I try not to use it for upload. Movescount integrates with Strava (for running - OK, for swimming - very crooked, but here it’s more likely that the trouble is not integration, but simply the presentation of the training), with Preva (there is a doubling of the workout here and there, you have to delete extra hands). Calculating the time needed for recovery - it seems that only for completely beginners, I "froze" in the region of 120 hours (I believe that this maximum).
