The fact that they come in a variety of 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 inch packages will keep me from wasting too long zip ties and cutting them off when I really need the short ones. Just remember, don't wear them in hot weather, in the sun, in inclement weather, or on top of a heavy object and you'll save yourself ripping zip ties and extra work.
