Review on TCTAuto by Robert Mulrooney

From TCTAuto's online shop, I recently bought a set of LED headlights. Despite the fact that the product itself was of reasonable quality, I was incredibly dissatisfied with the customer care I got. The website said the item was in stock and would be shipped out in three business days when I first made my order. But after a week of waiting and no word on my order, I contacted customer support to find out what was going on. It took several tries before I received any kind of response because I was met with unhelpful and dismissive answers. The product was eventually delivered, but one installation-related component was absent. When I contacted customer support again, I was met with even more annoyance. It took several weeks and numerous follow-ups before the missing piece was eventually sent to me, and I was made to feel burdensome for asking about it. Overall, even though the product itself was acceptable, I was unimpressed with TCTAuto's customer service staff because of their lack of communication and condescending demeanor. In light of my negative experience with TCTAuto's customer support, I would not suggest them.
