I used my first tube of Just for Men shampoo which reduces gray hair. Well it works and it shows results within a week or so of use. For me natural hair color after shampooing. I didn't have a lot of gray hair, but my temples were starting to turn gray and the rest of my hair was sprinkled with "salt and pepper." Gradually the color came back and now my hair looks like it did in my 20s. However, they don't look dyed and won't make people ask you if you dyed your hair. Admittedly, I didn't wait to try it out after turning mostly gray. Plus, it's easy to wash and rinse your hair in the shower without worrying about looking like Rudy Giuliani with a brown streak of sweat running down his face at the gym. Highly recommended!
