Having seen my Brother in law using this smoker for some time, I decided to get one for myself, boy am I happy! I love to camp, and to have things that do not take up a lot of space is ideal for me, so this will see a few trips when I’m at a campsite with power. I have used this a few times now and I’m so far very please with the results. I started out with sausage, it’s cheap, easy to find at most markets and butcher shops, so there began my smoke trials. Three hours or so later, I had very nice smoked sausage. I then tried my hand at country style ribs, they turned out very well with the method I used after watching a few videos on YouTube. The results were 4.5 out of 5.0 stars. I will continue to use this more as a smoker than a grill, but it will see some burgers this weekend to see how that goes. If you are looking for something small and portable, this is a good one to consider.I will update this as time goes on, but for now, I’m one happy smoking camper!
