Review on LCDOLED Toshiba Satellite P55W-B Series 15.6" FullHD IPS LCD Display Touch Screen with Bezel - Replacement Assembly by Matt Welch

Replacement for my P55W-B5224 which had chipped off in several places. Installation wasn't too difficult and the connections were the same for the old and new screens. It was a little unclear which way the connectors should be pulled after the wires were separated from the adhesive, but looking at the connectors on the new screen it was pretty obvious that they were only in the direction of the wires towards the bottom edge of the screen went . Tested before assembly and OK, but black screen after completion. Had to disassemble it, reinstall the screen and replace the tape and all was good. The screen looks identical to the original, with the same logos printed on it.
