Before buying, I saw many reviews about product damage. Some of them could be treated well; but it seems more likely that there is a problem with the sealing process. If only my wonderful courier weren't so careful and gentle with my package. The disruption would be more serious. I packed it in two parts to save on boxes. If you are still thinking about buying the product after this, I would recommend not packing it with other items. Luckily the item it was packaged with was another bath item so it wasn't too bad; but if it was electronics or something where the detergent could ruin the product. The metal-like styrofoam seal didn't fully adhere, not from tampering, it just wasn't sealed properly. Luckily I didn't get too many losses so it won't be, um, bad, but you can easily lose more than half of the product this way. I lost about 1/4. Other things that lead to a higher rating is that it doesn't leave you feeling really clean like some of my other organic soaps and body washes. The one sent is very mild, which I liked, but the soap itself would let me scrub a few more times to remove any dirt, grime or debris from my skin and then smell nice. But it's such a large container for me that it's relatively worth the money. But the seal failure is something to take care of.
