UPDATE: The company contacted me and sent me a new case and keyboard Still the same issues as before just because of the case layout but the keystrokes on the keyboard are better They give 4 stars because they ready to get it right and it's not a terrible case, just functional you have to consider the handle and the screen protector. The case is sturdy and decent, but I have 3 problems. 1. KEYBOARD. Keystrokes are not correct at all. Sometimes it starts and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes you hit 50 words and have to wait for them to catch up. Sometimes it stays with you for 20 words. This is absolutely TERRIBLE.2. My pen does not charge in the case, even though there is space for a pen next to the case.3. If you have a screen protector and try to stick your iPad in it, it will rip off at the edges. The screen protector does not fit into the case because the case extends too far and the screen protector stays up on at least one edge. Plus, it has so many ridges and crevices that it gets dirty SO EASY. It's just not my favorite item. If you're just looking for shelter, that's fine. Otherwise don't waste your money.
