The level of customer care is outstanding! I could not imagine going anywhere else for my real estate work as it has been nothing but wonderful from start to finish every single time since moving here over 3 years ago (not counting closing times!). No problems or issues. If they can do something, there's always someone ready to help them out - whether it be finding an attorney who specializes in what they need or providing information online or by phone. My only regret is that I did not realize how much I needed this firm sooner! From the first meeting, everyone was very friendly and professional while still being approachable. They were able to handle all aspects of the transaction without me having to worry too much. It really felt like home when working with these folks because everyone treated me so well and made sure I knew everything I needed to know before hand. The best part of working for BI&R is it's people! It has been wonderful getting familiarized w/BI employees from all levels (as well as our executive leadership) so I can rely upon them when needed or just simply pick up my phone whenever life gets tough - they'll always be there!! Nothing bad really; sometimes things seem too fast-paced but thats usually due to business needing us at multiple locations simultaneously throughout different states across 7 timezones which makes keeping track difficult.
