Review on Carlton Fields by Randy Montiel

I never receive anything from Carlton Fields. They're a terrible firm and they don't care what kind of work you are doing for them, what kind of reputation you are building, or how much that reputation is worth to them. They don't give out referrals, they don't give you work, they give you nothing. And when I call them to complain, I am told that they do not care about my problems and that I should just deal with it myself. You can do better. Avoid them at all costs. I was working at a legal referral service. I had to make sure that every lawyer Carlton Fields hired met the very high standards that our firm set forth. We would not do business with them. They were a huge headache. They could not pay their bills on time and they had no work to make up for it. They never met their deadlines and they never met our standards, and they had the audacity to sue us for "unspecified damages." I would not let them near my projects. I have worked with them as an attorney when i was doing legal research at their law office. They are very professional but not pushy or rude like other attorneys can be sometimes if you don't want to work something out they will just keep going back until either side gives up! Their staff were also great people that helped me get my life together again after losing everything during Hurricane Katrina along with everyone else who lost there homes due too this disaster.
