. However, when the arm is extended, the TV hangs unevenly. There's really no way to adjust it because when the arm isn't extended (which is the position we use) the TV is perfectly level. The short part of the arm bends, so it is crooked when extended without support. The movement of the hand parts is rigid, making it impossible to pull anything up. However, it's serviceable and functional enough that I don't want to mess with returning it and ordering a new one, so we're keeping it, but I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy it. Installation was easy and I think the parts were well organized and carefully packaged. It just doesn't hang straight if you need to stretch your arm at all.
