This is an inexpensive stand that feels inexpensive, but works as intended. I specifically was looking for case that I could use for facetime calls and that I could charge while in the stand if necessary. While I could do both of those things, there were a couple of issues. I have an IPOD Pro 10.9" with a Zugu case. If your not familiar with it, it's not bulky, by also by no means minimalist. I could not use this stand while the case was on. Not a huge deal, but annoying. Bigger issue for me was that the telescoping feature only added approximately 3.5 inches of height, which was not ideal.
