This is my second robot vacuum and in just a few years the technology has improved a lot. But digging out the (small) trash can and emptying it after each cleaning meant planning ahead. Between being able to trigger a cleaning routine remotely and knowing that the bin is always empty, when I remember there are a few crumbs on the floor or litter lying around around the cat box, I push a few buttons and I am done, remember to take things out later. To get to the mopping area, you'll have to manually send it there by snapping the tank and pad. And remove them before the bot can return to the charger. Those nits aside, it's a smart quality device that doesn't require manual operation after each cycle. It's also a lot quieter than my previous device while still producing just as much suction power. The base station itself has a fairly powerful motor, and so far it hasn't been possible to completely empty the trash can.
