Appears to be of high quality but if I'm not mistaken it should be "real leather" and I don't see it anywhere. It could be real leather but I just can't see it anywhere. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because unlike my other belts, this one only has 5 holes and doesn't fit as close to the end of the belt as the ones I use. This resulted in the belt fitting tighter than the others. It is the same length as my old belt but due to the placement of the holes I have to use the second hole from the end and that doesn't leave much room for adjustment. Although I still like it!
