We really love these chocolate molds. After making chocolate "bars" on parchment paper for about a year without molding. They take our bars to a much more professional and sophisticated level! My video shows the molds, how we make chocolate bars from them and what kind of bars end up. Note that you can use these molds to make thinner candy bars without just filling them. I personally like a slightly thinner bar and we have since done so for one of the following batches of chocolate. Great as a gift in the form of homemade candy bars, but I have to admit that not a single one of ours has left the house yet. We eat them all! Delicious. One final note, we clean with mild soap and they clean great. No need to pre-treat them as the frozen candy bars will just pop out.
