A good collaboration tool for customer service

The free version allows us some very basic features, but we can't add new tabs or much of anything else so it's not ideal as an all in one solution (although I like that you don’t have install more than 1 app).

We used many different platforms from Slack through Teamwork up until now when our clients wanted something simple with chat functionality only - hence why they chose this product over others which were costing them $$$ per month already! It has been easy getting started because there are lots templates available online/in-app etc., however once your business grows things get quite complex quickly unless someone understands how code works well enough themselves to help out where possible :) There isn'r really any dislike about using Muchobot at present though if anyone asks me what my thoughts would be then i'd say maybe keep looking elsewhere depending upon exactly requirements? Our customers receive notifications via email every time their agent logs into work within minutes after.
