The ability for users to be able to access different types of documents at once is helpful when working with multiple people who have varying knowledge levels within an organization or department.
It can also help streamline our workflow by allowing us to send out one document instead of many that need reviewed before being sent back out again. I dislike how easy it is to navigate through some pages/sections because they are not very organized which makes them hard to find what you're looking for if someone else has already created something similar but slightly differently than your needs. This program helps keep track of all information we receive from clients as well as internal communications between other departments within my office.
