Fits snug and comfortable. I wore them with boots on a trip to the Grand Canyon. Regular walks on paved paths instead of hiking. They kept their feet dry and cozy in boots. No slipping between toe and boot. you are fat So if your boots are already very tight with regular socks, the fit will be too tight.
